Forrest McClellen is a litigation attorney handling intellectual property disputes involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and related torts.

He has represented clients in dozens of proceedings in federal district court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and before the Patent and Trademark Office involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, electronics, consumer goods, and computer software.

Forrest serves as Secretary for the PTAB Bar Association Committee on Appeals from the PTAB. He was a trial team coach with the Board of Advocates program at the U.C. Berkeley School of Law from 2017 to 2020, scoring victories at regional and national championships in 2020.
