Jessie Yang is an intellectual property litigator specializing in trademark, copyright, and media-related disputes. Drawing on her cross-border litigation experience, Jessie provides strategic counsel to media creators, manufacturers, and consumer brands in complex IP litigation.

During law school, Jessie counseled independent filmmakers on copyright fair use analyses at the Intellectual Property, Arts, and Technology Clinic. She also served as a Staff Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review.
