Yue (Amy) Han represents clients in the federal and state courts covering a broad range of intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters, and related business torts.  Prior to joining the firm, Amy was an associate attorney at Cozen O’Connor.

Amy earned her law degree from Boston University where she was the articles editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine and a student attorney at the Startup Law Clinic.  She is fluent in Mandarin.
